A great stay on Hotel boat Sarah

We've just come back from a fantastic weekend in Amsterdam. Five friends stayed on the boat Sarah which is in an excellent location easily accessible from the station. Skipper / Owner / Host, Martien, and his team are all excellent and made us feel very welcome. Facilities are just as described in the listing and websites and exactly as we expected. Beds are comfortable and we found it very quiet and relaxing although I see others have commented on noise from other guests. Breakfasts were excellent and the advice and local knowledge shared was very useful. We would definitely recommend it.

It was surprisingly comfortable on the boat. Breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean. Earplugs did come in handy, though: When other guests returned late in the night, it was more evident than it would be in most normal hotels. Overall: I wouldn't hesitate returning til the hotel ship some time in the future.

Had couple of enjoyable nights on boat conveniently situated for the city (15 min walk). Room is basic but Romek the host is excellent and the breakfast very good indeed. Free coffee and ability to mix with various nations. Recommend

The ship is almost ideally located - 15-min-walk from the centre. The cabin is small but everything is clean. The price is quite high but it's Amsterdam... The staff is great! Prepared a breakfast for us even though we had to leave quite early.

Stayed at Hotelschip Sarah for the second time and had an extremely good time. The boat itself is always spotless and breakfast was always set up well, the boat is close to most things, I would definitely recommend and return when going back to Amsterdam
